Professional and administrative work coordinating the administrative and programmatic duties of the Human Rights Commission, Disability Commission and the Rainbow Commission and serving as the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Coordinator. Supports partnerships with other town departments and organizations on issues of equity and inclusion. All other related work as required. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in a related field and three to five years’ relevant experience; master’s degree or legal background preferred. Knowledge of laws related to equal opportunity, disability issues, human and civil rights.
