Brookline seeks a dynamic, experienced Council on Aging Director to provide direct leadership and support in the analysis of program objectives, staff management, and maintenance of the departmental budget. Focuses on providing access to services and programs that enrich the quality of life for older adults, including programs and services offered at the Senior Center, social services, and transportation services.
Qualifications:
Master’s in social work, seven to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in geriatrics; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and valid Mass. driver’s license required.
Salary range is $128,284-$151,112.
