The town of Concord is seeking a courteous and resourceful person to assist customers with their municipal utility accounts. Must have excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency with MS Office and understanding of standard office procedures required. Experience with customer information and billing systems and/or credit collections and accounting preferred. Familiarity with utility customer service a plus. Full pay range $23.02 – $32.33/hour; starting salary based on qualifications.
