The Data Analytics and Open Data Program Manager leads efforts to create effective and meaningful opportunities for the city and members of the public to leverage data and analytics to identify and solve complex challenges, improve collaboration between city departments and the public, and increase openness of city government through transparency. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, computer science, data analytics or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Five to 10 years’ experience, which includes a combination of project management/business analysis, open data program development, data analytics, GIS and/or web development. Salary: $118,189 to $129,766/year, depending on experience and skills, plus competitive benefits.
