The city of Worcester is seeking qualified applicants for a Data & Analytics Architect in the Innovation and Technology Department. Under the direction of the GIS Manager, this position plays a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization by combining the analytical rigor of a data scientist with the strategic foresight of a data architect. The Data and Analytics Architect will design and implement data models, develop predictive analytics, and ensure the integrity, accessibility, and security of enterprise data assets. This role supports the city’s mission by transforming data into actionable insights that improve public services, operational efficiency, and policy outcomes

SALARY RANGE: $93,232 – $122,661 annually, full-time, exempt, with an excellent benefits package.
