The town of Leicester is seeking a full-time Department Assistant in the Development & Inspectional Services Department. The Department Assistant is responsible for providing skilled administrative services including preparing board/commission meeting agendas and packets, taking meeting minutes, processing permits, preparing memoranda, forms and reports, preparing the department’s payroll, maintaining records and monitoring department income and expenditure. This position requires attendance at monthly Board/Commission evening meetings to take minutes. Salary is up to $19.82 per hour, DOQ.
