Department Clerk-Administration position – Part-time
Hours: 19 hrs/week. Monday – Thursday. Preferred hours 9 am – 1:30 or 2 pm.
Salary Range: $22.89 – 30.93 per hour, Non-Union, FSLA Non-Exempt
About the Role:
Join the town of Plainville’s Board of Health as an Administration Clerk. Primary responsibilities will include assisting in the operations of the Municipal Trash and Recycling Collection Program, customer service with program-related inquiries and participating in the daily operations of the Board of Health office.
Key Responsibilities:
The Administration Clerk collaborates closely with the Health Director and Health Agent, performing a series of complex and some confidential tasks. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including working with Municipal Trash & Recycling Collection Program, processing annual Board of Health licenses and permits, recording payments, data entry, and organization of departmental records and administrative files.
