Come join our dynamic team! The city of Newton is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Deputy Director of Older Adult Services. The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and management for the OAS department by providing administrative, supervisory, and professional work in planning, implementing, directing, managing and overseeing the city’s staffing, programming and services for Newton’s older population; provides direct oversight of the case management function of the department; a visible leader in the community, the position requires strong professionalism, an exemplary work ethic, a solution-oriented attitude, and a willingness to be flexible and collaborative; and all other related work as required and directed. This is a full-time, exempt position, hiring salary range: $95,420 – $110,739 annually plus yearly step increases, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to be a part of our team of dedicated public servants.
