The town of Littleton is looking for a Director of Elder and Human Services who will perform highly professional, administrative, and supervisory work in planning, coordinating, and administering the elder services and human services programs and to identify and meet the needs of and enhance the quality of life of the town’s population; performs all other related work as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in social work, human services, gerontology/nursing, public administration, or related field; three to five years of progressively responsible professional experience in social work, public administration, elder services, or human services; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

This Grade 11 benefit-eligible is an exempt position classified under the town’s Classification and Compensation Plan. Starting pay range is $74,612 to $93,191/year commensurate with experience.
