The city of Lowell is seeking qualified, experienced, and energetic candidates for the position of Director of Elections/Municipal Hearing Officer in the Elections Office. This position reports to the City Solicitor and provides accurate, courteous, and timely election services to the voters and residents of the city of Lowell, manages the activities of the Elections Office, its personnel, and other city employees in order to effectively carry out municipal, state and federal elections. In addition, the Director shall also serve as the city’s Municipal Hearing Officer and will be responsible for performing other complex administrative and analytical tasks.
