The Director of Facilities Management is responsible for the supervision and coordination of activities related to the maintenance, security, and care of all town-owned buildings including schools. This shall include, but may not be limited to: maintenance, repairs, custodial care/cleaning, budget and capital planning/improvements, energy tracking and management, building safety. This job requires 10 years of experience in various disciplines of maintenance.
