The town of Mansfield is seeking a full-time Director of Finance to oversee the financial management for the town, Board of Education, and Region School District 19.

The Finance Director is a shared services position that provides centralized financial management services and reports for the town of Mansfield, Mansfield Board of Education and Region School District 19. The Director of Finance coordinates work with the Town Manager, Superintendent of Schools, and other agencies/departments as indicated.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary for this position is $118,535 – $149,740 dependent upon experience and qualifications. The town of Mansfield offers a comprehensive employee benefits program which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and an employee wellness program.
