The Franklin Public School District is looking for an experienced, hands-on Director of Human Resources to join our great team. You will coordinate and deliver key HR processes and programs to ensure high quality HR support to our internal clients across the district. The Director of Human Resources serves as a member of the Superintendent’s team and provides leadership to central office administrators, building principals, and district staff regarding the day-to-day and long-range management and oversight of the Human Resources Office. Leads human resource initiatives for the administrative team and assists district personnel concerning human resources-related issues. The Director provides leadership to the system in the following areas: benefits administration, performance evaluations, licensure issues, labor relations, negotiations, and staff disciplinary concerns. The start date for this position is flexible, understanding that we may defer to a July 1 start. This position is a year-round, 12-month position offering a competitive salary and benefits compensation package. Salary is commensurate with experience.
