Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
This position serves under the Superintendent of Schools to recommend, formulate, communicate, implement and interpret policies and procedures for all Human Resource matters, including labor negotiations. Duties include, but are not limited to, pre-employment, onboarding, terminations, benefits management, and employee assistance and ensure compliance with all requirements of applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
