The town of Wellesley seeks an innovative, forward-thinking Director of Senior Services to support older adults at the Tolles Parson Center (TPC). Ideal for professionals in older adult services, including directors, assistant directors, Council on Aging supervisors, and leaders of nonprofit or senior-service organizations.
Responsibilities: Develop/evaluate programs, recommend future activities, foster a vibrant TPC environment, implement policies with the COA Board, manage budgets, apply for grants, and administer operations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in gerontology, social work, human services administration or related field. Management experience, customer service excellence, budgeting skills, strong communication, organization, statistics presentation, and computer skills.
Hiring Range: $110,160–$148,716 DOQ.
