Wanted: Director of the Asa Waters Mansion Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Manages the Asa Waters Mansion, an historic and cultural building in the Millbury Central Business District; Performs event coordination, financial, budgetary, procurement, and facility management functions; including planning, scheduling, and coordinating of events and programs; supervising and scheduling vendors, employees, and volunteers of the Asa Waters Mansion for events. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with one to three years of experience in marketing or event management, preferably in a nonprofit, local cultural, or historic resource setting; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications: Professional Certificate in Event Management or Certificate in Event and Convention Management; Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) program certificate (Events Industry Council) three to five years of experience in marketing or event management. All applicants must be able to pass a criminal background/CORI check. Starting Salary: DOQ.
