DPW Director

Job Description

The town of Merrimac seeks qualified candidates for a full-time (35 hr/wk) DPW Director position. Under the administrative direction of the Select Board, candidates must have demonstrated successful experience and skills in areas of public works, construction, engineering, and personnel management.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, five years of progressive managerial experience in the field of public works, highway construction, and maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Water and wastewater licenses preferred.

Salary Range $90,000-$120,000. Salary commensurate with experience and skills.
