The Town of Southborough seeks a dynamic, tactful and service oriented applicant for Executive Assistant to the Board of Selectmen; the focus of this position is to provide administrative support to Selectmen/Town Administrator. This FT benefitted position requires a team player with excellent customer service, superior organizational & high-level technology skills. Duties include managing inquiries and administrative support related to the public, town officials, staff, volunteers and vendors. Other tasks include facilitating process for licensing, insurance claims, volunteer coordination and preparation of town publications. Successful candidate shall also possess ability to guide the procurement of supplies and services under Ch 30B of the MGL. Position requires high school degree, 5 years of related experience and/or 2 years of college education, or an equivalent combination. Midpoint of pay range is $30.63/hr.
