Lake Shore Park, a community of lakeside homeowners organized for social and recreational activities in Gilford, New Hampshire, seeks an Executive Director to oversee its operations and provide strategic leadership for its future.

The Executive Director position provides executive leadership, administrative management and oversight to all activities and operations of the LSP Association. The Executive Director role requires an understanding of community association management principles, best practices, procedures and standards. This position includes oversight of the management staff responsible for office administration, facilities and property maintenance, recreational program development and delivery, and individuals assigned to the management of specific special projects. The Executive Director also serves as the principal ambassador of the Association working with community members, town and state officials, grant providers, legal and financial professionals, and others requiring information or direction. The duties of the Executive Director are performed under the general direction and supervision of the LSP Association Board of Directors. The preferred candidate will have experience managing public or private member organizations or municipalities, developing and operating within budgets, grant writing, working with governing Boards, and fostering positive work environments. Salary commensurate with work experience.
