The town of Belmont is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Facilities Coordinator. This position is responsible for providing assistance to the facility management team as directed. The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for successful completion of maintenance activities at a variety of town and school Buildings.  Additional responsibilities include coordinating vendors, service calls and preventive maintenance and ensuring the appropriate work orders are completed.
