The town of Lunenburg seeks qualified applicants for a 40 hour/week Facilities Director position.

The Facilities Director oversees, supervises, and facilitates the comprehensive management of all town facilities and grounds.

A bachelor’s degree in construction administration/management, business administration, or project management preferred. Five years of supervisory experience preferred. Ten years of combined industry experience related to construction, business management/energy management, and building system management; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job is desired. Pay Range: $41.25/hr – $50.74/hr.
