The town of Lincoln/Lincoln Public Schools seek candidates for the position of Facilities Director.

The Facilities Director is responsible for assessing the condition of all school and town-owned buildings/facilities and ensuring that they are safe, clean, comfortable, and maintained.

A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven to 10 years of progressively responsible experience or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

Candidates should possess a construction Supervisors License and MCPPO Purchasing and Public Bidding Certificate (or have the ability to acquire within 12 months), and a valid Massachusetts motor vehicle operator’s license.

Salary range is $90,000 – $130,000.  Applications accepted until September 24.
