The town of Belmont Department of Facilities is seeking a Facilities Manager. Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, this position supervises the custodial and maintenance staff and ensures that all town and school buildings are maintained in a safe, secure, clean, comfortable and functional manner for all staff, students and visitors to public facilities. The Facilities Manager organizes and recommends work schedules for all full-time unionized custodial and maintenance staff.
