Under the direction of the Deputy Director for Community Development, the Federal Grants Manager is responsible for managing the city’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME, Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids (HOPWA) grant programs. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related field with seven years professional experience or master’s degree in a relevant field with five years related professional experience. Demonstrated knowledge of federal regulations regarding block grant implementation and fiscal oversight. Strong management, presentation, computer, writing and analytical skills. $94,288 – $111,225 and excellent benefits.
