The Mansfield Police Department is seeking applicants for the full-time, benefitted position of Financial Administrative Assistant. This position provides complex administrative support for the Chief and other police department members. We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in handling payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budget preparation and projections, word processing, spreadsheet and database programs, especially with Microsoft Office products.
High school graduate with two years’ experience, or associate’s degree preferred, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced knowledge in bookkeeping and/or accounting is highly desirable.
