The town will be entering the bond market in the Spring of 2020 with a $14m offering issuance. Minimum Entrance Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field plus three years of related experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products including the ability to create detailed spreadsheets.

Special Requirements: Must possess, or must take and pass, the State Assessor’s examination (Course 101) within 18 months of hire.

Salary: Depending on qualifications, starting annual salary $65,000 to $73,000.
