The town of Bedford is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to design and conduct an Assessment Center to evaluate candidates and make recommendations to the Town Manager, identifying the most suitable candidate for the position of Fire Captain. The assessment center shall employ a variety of assessment exercises and evaluations to measure the performance of the candidates on a graded scale.
The RFP shall be available beginning, Monday, Feb. 2 at noon. Proposals must be received by the Town Manager’s Office no later than noon on March 2. The town reserves the right to cancel this RFP or reject in whole or in part any and all proposals if the town determines that cancellation or rejection serves the best interests of the town.
