The Charlton Fire Department is seeking qualified candidates for an immediate opening for Firefighter/EMT. The salary is dependent on qualifications and ranges from $58,989.84-$62,091.12. Firefighter/Paramedic is $66,066-$69,560.40. The salary does not include any of the additional benefits offered, such as educational incentive, clothing allowance, etc. The town of Charlton participates in the Worcester Regional Retirement System and does not have a residency requirement.
