The Southborough Fire department is seeking motivated and dedicated individuals for the position of Firefighter/Paramedic. Candidates must demonstrate strong teamwork, sound judgment, and a commitment to public safety.
Applicants who are currently enrolled in or beginning paramedic school are strongly encouraged to apply. The department supports professional development and offers opportunities for continued training and advancement.
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, EMT-B, and the ability to meet all medical, physical, and background checks.
Preferred qualifications include Firefighter I/II and Paramedic certifications (or active enrollment in paramedic school).
This is a full-time, benefitted position with an hourly range of $29.02 – $34.62 plus additional stipends and benefits depending on qualifications.
