The town of Sandwich is seeking a full-time, year-round Golf Director. Position is responsible for a wide range of activities to ensure the smooth operation, management and fiscal performance of a town owned 18-hole golf course (Sandwich Hollows Golf Club).
Reporting to the Director of Operations for Community Services, the specific duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
Bachelor’s degree in recreation administration, business administration or a related field, with a minimum of five years’ work experience related to the management of a golf course, and at least three years in a supervisory capacity, or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Membership in PGA of America of America preferred but not required. Municipal experience strongly desired.
