Job Description

The Board of Health seeks community minded applicants for the position of Health Agent. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) and benefited. The Health Agent works under the direction of the Erving Board of Health and serves as the lead employee for a three-town, Franklin County Health Services Partnership, that represents the towns of Erving, Northfield and Shutesbury. The Health Agent will work on a variety of public health matters that include, but are not limited to, the inspections of housing, Title V, public pools, food establishments, and recreational camps. This is a public facing position that works directly with co-workers, citizens, property owners, and our regional and State officials. Anticipated hiring pay range: $36.21/hour to $38.42/hour.
