Heavy Equipment Operator

The town of Holliston is seeking applicants for a Heavy Equipment Operator for the DPW Highway Division.

Applicant must have three years of experience in construction, maintenance, and repair of town roadways, including the operation of heavy and light equipment. Applicant should have at least three years of experience in road area construction and snow and ice control.

The successful candidate will have a Class B commercial driver’s license (CDL) and at least Class 2B hoisting license. Must be able to obtain 4E and 4G licenses within six months of employment.

Candidates must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment physical, drug test, and CORI check.

This is a full-time benefit eligible union position, 40 hours per week. The starting salary range is $22.61-$25.22 per hour. As of July 1 the range will increase to $24.75-$26.87. The full range will be $24.75-$31.06.
