Job Description

The town of Oakham is seeking an experienced working Highway Superintendent. The Superintendent reports to a three-member Board of Selectmen. The Highway Superintendent serves as the working department head responsible for the planning, administration, and day-to-day operations of the town’s Highway department. This position oversees the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all public roads, rights-of-way, drainage systems, town properties, snow and ice control operations, and related public works infrastructure.
