The town of Berlin seeks qualified candidates for the position of Highway Superintendent-Facilities Manager. Associate’s degree with specialization in civil engineering, business or public administration or a related field preferred; five to seven years of responsible experience with a minimum of three years in a supervisory capacity preferably in a full-service, municipal public works department; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
