Activities and projects in order to address the town’s needs for adequate and affordable housing including workforce, senior and disabled persons’ housing.  Responsibilities include promoting the affordable housing goals of the town of Falmouth; coordinating housing related activities with town departments, non-profit housing agencies and developers; administering the Falmouth Affordable Housing Fund; maintains a current inventory of affordable housing units; provides referral information to individuals and agencies related to affordable housing; prepares reports, requests for bids and proposals, and grant applications; and all other duties as assigned. Three years experience in housing, government administration, planning or related field; bachelor’s degree in government, business, municipal planning or other related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. The salary range for this position is $67,745-$88,337
