The town of Grafton seeks a dynamic applicant to fill the position of Human Resources Analyst. The following are the essential duties of the position:

  • Payroll: Responsible for the administration of the town’s payroll and reconciliation to withholding accounts.
  • Benefits Administration: administration of employee and retiree benefits including health insurance; life, disability, and other optional insurances; flex-spending; pension or OBRA; deferred compensation. Answers employee’s benefit-related questions; implements a benefit’s fair.
  • Worker’s Compensation: processes worker’s compensation claims.
  • New Hire/Termination Process: manages the incoming and outgoing employee paperwork and process.
  • Post and Recruit for New Employees: post openings; recruit for a high-quality applicant; coordinate the interview process.

The ideal candidate shall possess an associate’s degree in human resources or a related field. As well as three years of related work experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Knowledge of Harpers Payroll, Asure Time and Attendance and Softright software preferred. Starting salary is DOQ.
