Position:  The Human Resources Director, working under the direction of the Town Administrator, is responsible for developing, managing and enforcing policies and procedures that will ensure the town is compliant with local, state and federal laws and serves the employees and retirees of the town.

Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree; minimum of five years progressively responsible experience in benefits administration, HR and contract negotiations; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.  Starting pay range is $87,174 – $108,889/year commensurate with experience.
