Human Resource Director
The purpose of this newly created position is to provide administrative, management, and professional work in directing and supervising the personnel systems of the town of Lancaster, including benefits, recruitment and retention, workplace safety, labor relations, training, and employee recognition; all other related work as required. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for maintaining and improving upon the efficiency and effectiveness of all areas under his/her direction and control.
