Under the direction of the Deputy Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations: Responsible for coordinating and implementing recruitment, testing, hiring process, and orientation activities for new employees.


Master’s degree and two years’ experience OR bachelor’s degree and five years’ experience; Experience in equal employment opportunity and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs preferred. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or other related certification a plus.
