The town of Acton is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Human Resources Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This full-time position plays an important role in keeping the HR office running smoothly, with a primary focus on recruitment coordination, onboarding and new hire orientations, hiring logistics (including seasonal hiring), records management, and general HR office administration
Minimum Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a similar/related field; plus one to three years of administrative, human resources or office coordination experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Starting salary: $59,701.72 – 67,194.66 per year
