The town of Westborough seeks qualified, detail-oriented applicants for the position of Human Resources Coordinator. This position oversees the town’s employee benefits programs, assists with employee recruitment and retention processes, reviews and oversees town personnel payroll and deductions status changes, and performs skilled administrative duties. The position is responsible for compliance reporting and assists with policy development and implementation.
