The town of Westborough seeks applications from qualified, detail-oriented individuals for the full-time position of Human Resources Coordinator. This position oversees the town’s employee benefits programs, assists the Assistant Town Manager in recruitment, hiring and retention processes and is responsible for payroll processing.

Requires bachelor’s degree (coursework or completion of an HR certificate program is preferred); and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of municipal financial software preferred.

Starting salary  $59,217- $66,123/year DOQ.
