The town of Pepperell seeks candidates for a part-time Human Resources Generalist to manage the town’s human resource needs. Working under the direction of the Town Administrator, this position is non-benefitted, with a 19 hour work week that is flexible including on-site and remote work effort.

A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field, professional certification, and three years or more of experience in human resource administration is preferred. A combination of these experiences and qualifications will be considered.

The position will pay competitively with terms to be negotiated depending on qualifications.
