The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for implementing HR functions that deliver excellent service to the Canton Public School District. Working closely and confidentially with the Director of Personnel Services, the Human Resources Generalist supports hiring and recruitment; onboarding and offboarding of employees; leaves of absence; separations; and other duties as assigned. This position works closely with substitutes, staff, administration and the payroll office. Experience in the school or municipal setting is preferred.
