Human Resources Manager
The Town of Dracut seeks qualified applicants to serve as Human Resources. To fulfill the various duties, responsibilities and requirements of the Human Resources Manager for the Town of Dracut as established by the Town Manager. The Human Resources Manager shall perform complex technical, professional and administrative work in directing, executing and monitoring the Town of Dracut’s Human Resources Department and personnel programs. The Human Resources Manager shall ensure compliance with state and federal personnel laws and regulations and counsel staff on a variety of human resource matters. The Human Resources Manager will be directly responsible to the Town Manager for the administration of all general town government personnel matters.
Minimum qualifications include 5-7 years experience in Human Resources management, preferably in the municipal sector, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Management or related field. Master’s degree preferred. The Town of Dracut requires a physical exam, drug screen and CORI check post-offer.
