Under the direction of the Director of Libraries and working closely with the Deputy Director, the Temporary HR Manager maintains and improves the organization’s human resources capability by overseeing recruitment, performance management, and human resources policies, programs, and practices that impact the Library’s approximately 120 employees. A bachelor’s degree and at least three to five years of progressively responsible HR experience. Experience working in a library highly valued but not required. In exceptional instances, specialized education, training, and/or experience may be substituted for part of the educational requirement. $39.85-$47.05 per hour, 30 hours per week, temporary six month position August to January.
