The town of Lexington seeks qualified applicants for the full-time position of Human Services Outreach Coordinator. Under the general supervision of the Director of Human Services, this position is responsible for providing information and referral services, assessments, crisis intervention and limited case management to youth, families and older adults; coordinating services for those who have been identified as in need of services and ensuring that the services are provided. Qualified applicants will have a master’s degree in social work, psychology, public administration or a related field and three to five years of increasingly responsible experience in human services programs and services; or any equivalent combination of education and experience as well as the ability to provide inclusive and culturally sensitive service and outreach to diverse populations. Licensure required; LCSW or LICSW preferred. Anticipated hiring range: $72,044 – $81,427.
