The town of Lexington seeks qualified applicants for the full-time or part-time position of Interim Planning Director in the Land Use, Health and Development Department. Under the general supervision of the Assistant Town Manager for Development and the general guidance of the Planning Board, the Interim Planning Director will coordinate with town staff, including Planning, Building, Zoning, Conservation, Engineering and Public Health to prepare for and attend twice-monthly evening Planning Board meetings. Qualified applicants should have a master’s degree in planning or a related field as well as seven to 10 years of experience supporting municipal Planning Boards. Anticipated hiring range for full-time: $87,762-$99,191. Hourly rate for part-time dependent upon experience and skills.
