The Town Manager is seeking an individual willing to work on an interim basis until a decision is made regarding the staffing needs of the Town Manager’s office. Working under the direct supervision of the Town Manager, assists in budget research, development, presentation and monitoring; prepares and publishes all Town Council measures; assists with research for the collective bargaining process; provides assistance with all functions associated with the professional and efficient administration of the municipal operations of the Town. Conducts special assignments as directed.

Candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree in public administration, business or related field. At least five years of experience in working in a professional office environment with at least three years of experience in a municipal operation. Experience in municipal purchasing, MCPPO preferred. Must have organizational skills that allow the employee to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and verbal communication skills that allow for articulate, professional and concise presentation.

salary  range – $60,000 – $65,000
