The city of Worcester is seeking qualified applicants for an Investigation Specialist for the Investigation Division within the Executive Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Under the direction of the Lead Investigator, the position will perform complex investigative enforcement work. The Investigation Specialist is an in-person position that is responsible for coordinating and conducting administrative investigations of allegations of employee misconduct by city employees, residents, and other individuals who interact with city employees. The employee performs work under supporting supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. The employee is required to perform all similar or related duties.

SALARY RANGE: $75,199 – $98,283 annually, full-time, exempt, with an excellent benefits package.
